Cara and I camped at Doughton Park this August, browsing the Parkway up justpast the Virginia line. There is a related photo post over at Pecans &

one of the farm fields common on this stretch of Parkway.

When I was a bit younger I lived in a place where the back was a whole mountain, I'd always walk in the evenings and I liked to hang out there, I could see many animals and insects, it was amazing.
Photos are so georgous. Great views. Great atmoshpehere. Amazing
